Legal exhaust, approved, silencer with removable db killer and specific link pipe.
TRIOVAL, the best-seller in GPR history, for a classic look, made of hand-polished 304 stainless steel, oval drop shape, diameter 100x130.
Connecting and mounting accessories: this kit includes the specific connector and/or the half collector and the corresponding mounting supports and accessories, enabling installation without structural modifications.
Original GPR product, developed from extensive experience in the World Motorcycle Championship, offers an innovative design, improved performance, significant weight reduction, and enhanced sound for the motorcycle.
Are removable Dbkillers possible? Altering db killer welds or tamper-proof screws or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; this is only permitted for RACING use on tracks. The use of the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
WARNING: this item is approved for noise; the customer must check in advance if the presence of the original catalyst or the GPR catalyst is required in their country to comply with road traffic regulations and to carry out the annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in the case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with mounting instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications of the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use in racing; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on a track only, without luggage, flashlight, license plate holder, or any other parts that would conflict with the changed gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. This starts from the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to GPR factory or nearest official distributor at the cost of the customer.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer to replace the one for repair; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for the repair.
