Warning, as stated, the product is certified without a catalyst so it CANNOT be used in Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, and Singapore, claims or requests for replacement will NOT be accepted for orders sent without having correctly consulted the catalogue. For installation, no structural modification of the bike is necessary for the product to be used in the certified version. It is recommended to read the instructions included in the packaging or the tutorials available online and on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate stamped coupon from the installation workshop via email to certificate@gpr; for purchases in physical stores, the store stamp is sufficient. The exhaust features a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike only on circuits, without bags, indicators, and license plate holder or any other parts that could conflict with the different acceleration angle due to the conversion to racing version. Misusing this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty and any claims will be denied.
From the date of purchase, with a right to repair, it can also be sent directly to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must commit to re-mount the original exhaust or wait for the standard repair time.
