Please note, as mentioned, the product is approved without a catalyst, so it CANNOT be used in Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, and Singapore; claims or requests for replacement WILL NOT be accepted for orders sent without having properly consulted the catalogue. For installation, no structural modifications to the bike are necessary for using the product in the approved version. For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate stamped coupon from the installation workshop via email to certificate@gpr; for purchases in physical stores, the store's stamp is sufficient. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike solely on tracks, without saddlebags, without indicators, and plate holder, or other parts that would conflict with the different acceleration angle due to the conversion to racing version. Misusing this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty and any claims will be denied.
From the date of purchase, with a right to repair, which can also be sent directly to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one for repair; the customer must commit to remounting the original exhaust or wait for the standard repair time.
