Are dbkillers removable? Altering dbkiller welds or tamper-proof screws, or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits, using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road regulations.

You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still advised to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted for incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions; each silencer bears the approval code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without saddlebags, without flashlights, and license plate holders or other parts that would interfere with the gas angle due to the transformation into the racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty, starting from the purchase date, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
