No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or watch tutorials available on YouTube.
The exhaust comes with a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike only on the track, without a bag, without a flashlight, and plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty, and any request for warranty will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair at the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.

Altering the db killer welds or tamper-proof screws or removing the fixing is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on the circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
