No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is NOT ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without luggage, without flashlight, and without license plate holder or any other parts that would interfere with the different gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty, and any warranty claims will be rejected. This applies from the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to re-install the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repairs.

Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the mount is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU regulations; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits, the use of the open version on the road is non-compliant with traffic regulations on the public road network.
WARNING: this item is approved for noise; the customer must check beforehand if the presence of the original catalyst or the GPR catalyst is necessary in their country to comply with traffic regulations on the road network and for the annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no complaints will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, as well as the mounting instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. If problems are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
