No structural modifications to the bike are needed for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on YouTube.
For online purchases, it's necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate coupon stamped by the installation workshop via email; for physical purchases, a stamp from the shop is sufficient. The exhaust comes with a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is NOT ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike in a track-only manner, without a bag, flashlight, number plate holder, or any other parts that may conflict with the different throttle angle due to the conversion to the race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to loss of warranty on the product. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for the repair.
The new Grand Prix Evo Titanium silencer from GPR was created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 World Championship. The first Grand Prix line was presented in 2005, on the occasion of the debut of the Konica Minolta team and rider Makoto Tamada, as well as the LCR team and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape ranging from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and a variable length depending on the bike. It features a natural-coloured titanium sleeve, a CNC machined black end cap with pentagonal outlet, and a silencer.
