The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without a bag, without a flashlight and number plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation to racing version. Misuse of this situation on the road will lead to the loss of the product warranty, and any claim for replacement will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or to the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one being repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repairs.
