Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without bags, without torchlights, and number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different angle of the throttle due to the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product's warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired, the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
