Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modification of the bike is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible tutorials on and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as on the track only, without luggage, without flashlight and license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different angle of gas due to the transformation into racing version. Misuse of this situation on the road will lead to loss of product warranty and any demand for it will be rejected. From the point of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer to replace the one to be repaired, the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
