Are db killers removable? Altering db killer welds or anti-theft screws or removing the fitting is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; this is only allowed for RACING use on tracks, using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.

You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in the case of incorrect installations.
Specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions, each silencer carries the approval code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications are required to the bike for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on YouTube.
The exhaust comes with a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as on the track only, without saddlebags, without flashlights, and without license plate holders or other parts that would conflict with the different angle of the throttle due to the conversion into race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty. From the purchase, with the right to repair, returned to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
