Removable db killers and catalytic converters? Altering welds on the db killer and the catalytic converter or anti-tamper screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU directives; this is only allowed for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed by a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided along with the installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or watch visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on a track only, without bags, without a flashlight, and with no number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle following conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, customer has the right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.
