Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is required only for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or watch tutorials available on and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, without spotlight and number plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different throttle angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty and any request for claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair, returning to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
