Altering the db killer welds or anti-tampering screws or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU regulations; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks; using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.

You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in the case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer has the approval code. If problems are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity and to immediately ask for information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens, not for tourists.
No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for the installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is NOT ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without saddle bags, without flashlight, and license plate holder or other parts that may conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reattach the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
