The exhaust features a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without saddlebags, without flashlight, and license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different angle of the throttle due to the transformation into racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, the right to repair is with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
