Are removable Dbkillers allowed? Altering dbkiller welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the fastening is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU regulations, this is only possible for RACING use on tracks; using the open version on roads is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
WARNING: this item is approved for noise, the customer must check in advance whether the presence of the original catalyst or the GPR catalyst is required in their country to comply with road traffic regulations and to carry out the annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the approval code. If any issues arise during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activities, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.

The exhaust features a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike only like on the track, without saddlebags, flashlights, and license plate mounts or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle after the conversion to the racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of the product warranty, and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in lieu of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
