Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the fixation is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU guidelines, this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with road traffic regulations on public road networks.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted for incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions, each silencer bears the homologation code. If problems arise during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activities, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
If you purchase online, it is recommended to buy the product from a seller in YOUR NATION to ensure that the item arrives with the appropriate approvals that must also comply with local legislation. Make sure before buying that the seller is trustworthy and offers items for your road network.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local residents and not for tourists.

The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as on the track only, without a bag, flashlight and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with repair rights with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired, the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
