ALBUS series silencers are made with an aluminium body and Avional caps obtained through CNC machining, coated with a ceramic treatment for high temperatures, elliptical shape 90x120.
Fitting and mounting accessories: this kit includes the specific connector and/or half-collector and the corresponding kit of supports and accessories, allowing installation without structural modifications.

Are db killers removable? Altering the db killer's welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the fitting is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; it is only permitted for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road regulation.
WARNING: this item is certified for noise; the customer must check beforehand if the presence of the original catalyst or the GPR catalyst is required in their country to comply with road regulations and for annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, as well as installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
Necessary Akrapovic KTM MAP. No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible on and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without panniers, without a flashlight and license plate holder, or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the modification to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to the loss of product warranty, and any request for repair will be rejected. From the point of purchase, with the right to repair, with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
