Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it's still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

Catalyst is not removable. No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is advisable to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available online and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without luggage, without a flashlight and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle following the transformation to racing version. Abusing this situation on the road will void the product warranty and any claim will be rejected. From the time of purchase, with the right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
