Fit & Rack Step support

The FIT' & RACK step, to be placed on one of the posts of your cage or rack, allows you to reach your pull-up bar more easily, as it can sometimes be too high. Tested daily in our Showroom CrossFit® Des Monts located in Dommartin (69), this rack accessory allows kids, beginners or small sizes to easily reach the pull-up bar, without apprehension of the height for gymnastic exercises. The footboard will also offer to beginners a support at mid-height to place the foot in a rubber band and allow to integrate the gymnastic movements more easily (Pull Up, Muscle Up, etc.)

Its rigid aluminum surface and anti-slip reliefs offer additional safety to prevent your athletes from slipping and injuring themselves during their workouts. Finally, this economical solution is also easy to install to fit any size, using the screws and bolts provided.
