The exhaust features a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as on the track only, without luggage, without flashlights and number plate holder or other parts that could interfere with the different throttle angle due to the conversion to a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty and any claims for return will be rejected. This begins from the date of purchase, with a right to repair by returning it to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
