The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as on the track only, without bags, without flashlight and number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different throttle angle due to the conversion to racing version. Misusing this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty, and any claim will be rejected. From the time of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to re-install the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
