Are db killers and removable catalytic converters legal? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or tampering with the anti-theft screws or removing the mount is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU regulations, this is only permitted for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have them installed in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with mounting instructions, and each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without panniers, without a flashlight, and license plate holder or other parts that could interfere with the different gas angle due to the transformation into a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty and any claims will be rejected. This is from the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired, the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
