Are dbkillers and removable catalytic converters legal? Altering the welds on the dbkiller and the catalyst or the anti-tamper bolts or removing the fastening is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines, this is only allowed for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions, each silencer carries the approval code. If problems are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity and promptly request information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust has a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for use on the track, removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as if on the track only, without bags, without a flashlight and license plate holder or other parts that could conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty and any warranty claims will be denied. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
