Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper bolts, or removing the fitting is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the approval code. If any problems occur during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, flashlight and license plate holder or other parts that may conflict with the different gas angle due to the modification to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty, and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right of repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.
