Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws, or removing the fitting is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU directives; this is only permissible for RACING use on circuits, using the open version on the road does not comply with regulations for public road use.

You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with mounting instructions, and each silencer carries the approval code. If problems are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
It does not fit with original indicators. No structural modification of the bike is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without fender, without flashlight and license plate holder or other parts that may interfere with the different throttle angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty. Starting from the purchase, with the right to repair by returning to the GPR factory or to the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
