Removable db killers and catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the mount is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives, this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. The use of the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in the case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modification of the bike is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer takes on the responsibility of using the bike as on the track only, without saddlebags, flashlights, and license plate holders or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation to race version. Misusing this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, with repair rights with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official dealer at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer to replace the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for the repair.
