The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike only as on the track, without a bag, flashlight, or license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle resulting from conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will cause a loss of product warranty and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with repair rights returned to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must accept reinstalling the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
