The exhaust features a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as on the track only, without a luggage rack, without a flashlight and number plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different throttle angle due to the transformation into a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor is at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired, the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for the repair.
