Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted for incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions, each muffler carries the approval code. In case of problems during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without bags, without flashlight and license plate holder, or other parts that may conflict with the different angle of the throttle due to the transformation to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of the product warranty and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with repair rights with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new muffler to replace the one being repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
