The exhaust has a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for race use; removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without a bag, flashlight, license plate holder, or other parts that would conflict with the different angle of the throttle due to the conversion to a race version. Misuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty and any claims will be rejected. This is from the date of purchase, with the right of repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
