Are db killers removable? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is non-compliant with public road traffic regulations.

You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install them in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
A specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. If any problems occur during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or view tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, without a flashlight, and mounting plates or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, there is the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.
