Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and catalyst or the anti-tamper screws, or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU guidelines; this is only allowed for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with road traffic regulations.

Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions, and each silencer carries the approval code. If problems are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without luggage, without a flashlight and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the changed gas angle following the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty, and any request for compensation will be rejected. From the time of purchase, there is right of repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
