Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or tamper-proof screws, or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this is only permitted for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. If you encounter any issues during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without luggage, without flashlight and number plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into a race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product's warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair returning to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard turnaround time for repairs.
