Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws, or removing the fixing is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives, this is only possible for RACING use on circuits; using the open version on the road is not in compliance with traffic regulations on public roads.
WARNING: this item is homologated for noise; the customer must check in advance whether the presence of the original catalyst or GPR catalyst is required in their country to comply with traffic regulations on public roads and to undergo the annual inspection.

Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install them in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted for incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. If you encounter problems during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately request information or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.

The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, without flashlights, and without a license plate holder or any other parts that could conflict with the gas angle due to the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of warranty for the product. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait for the standard repair time.
