Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit only applies to local citizens and not tourists.
No structural modification of the bike is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or view tutorials online and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for race use; removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without a bag, flashlight, license plate holder, or any other parts that would conflict with the different throttle angle due to the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair to be returned to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer to replace the one for repair; the customer must accept to reattach the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
