The exhaust features a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without baggage, without flashlight and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different throttle angle following the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty and any request for refunds will be denied. From the date of purchase, with repair rights with return to GPR factory or nearest official distributor at customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired, the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
