Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalytic converter or removing anti-theft screws is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific type approval certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions; each silencer carries the approval code. In case of issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and immediately ask for information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available both on and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as on the track only, without bags, without a flashlight, and without a number plate holder or other parts that could conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty, and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair returned to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer to replace the one being repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
