The exhaust has a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the dbkiller is NOT ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on track only, without bag, without flashlight and without plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different throttle angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair by returning to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
