The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on track only, without bags, flashlights and number plate bracket or other parts that could interfere with the different throttle angle due to converting to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to loss of product warranty and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with repair rights that require return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired, the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repairs.
