Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens, not for tourists.
Note, as stated, the product is approved without a catalyst, so it CANNOT be used in Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, and Singapore; claims or requests for replacements will NOT be accepted for orders sent without having properly consulted the catalog. For installation, no structural modification of the motorcycle is necessary for the product's use in its approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions contained in the packaging or view tutorials available online and on YouTube.
For online purchases, warranty activation is necessary by sending the appropriate stamped coupon from the installation workshop via email to certificate@gpr; for purchases in physical stores, a stamp from the shop is sufficient. The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for track use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle exclusively on tracks, without bags, indicators, and license plate holders or other parts that would conflict with the different acceleration angle resulting from modification to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty, and any request for compensation will be refused.
From the date of purchase, with the right to repair, which can also be sent directly to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired, the customer must commit to reinstalling the original exhaust or wait for the standard repair time.
