Is the Db killer removable? Altering the db killer and the associated security welds/screws violates the compliance of the product and makes it illegal for road use.

Mounting kit: This silencer is from the Bolt-on series, it does not need a connector, it can be installed directly on the stock collector using the supplied bolts and the related fascia/support kit.

Removable db killers? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the fixing is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives, this is only possible for RACING use on circuits; using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.

You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Recommendations for mounting: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with the mounting instructions; each silencer bears the approval code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on YouTube.
The exhaust comes with a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as on the track only, without a saddlebag, without a flashlight and registration plate holder or other parts that would interfere with the changed gas angle due to the transformation to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair returned to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to re-mount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
