Is the db killer removable? Altering the db killer and the associated safety welds/screws violates product compliance and makes it illegal for road use.
Is there a removable GPR catalyst? No.

ROUND INOX, classic shape, made of hand-brushed 304 stainless steel, diameter 96mm for slip-on and diam.110mm for Bolt-On.
Mounting kit: This silencer is from the Bolt-on series, it does not need a connection, it can be installed directly on the original collector using the supplied bolts and the related fascia/support kit.

Removable db killers? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks, using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.

You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
A specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions, each silencer carries the approval code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without saddlebag, without flashlight and license plate holder or any other parts that could conflict with the different exhaust angle due to the conversion to the racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. This starts from the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
