Altering db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU regulations; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits, using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens, not tourists.
No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is advisable to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not only illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if it were on the track only, without a bag, flashlight, registration plate holder, or any other parts that would interfere with the changed throttle angle due to conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
