Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.

The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as on the track only, without bag, without flashlight, and number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different angle of the throttle due to the conversion to racing version. Misuse of this situation on the road will lead to the loss of the product warranty, and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
