The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as on track only, without bags, without flashlight and registration plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different angle of the gas due to the transformation to racing version. Misuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty, and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with repair rights with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired, the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
