Are db killers and removable catalytic converters allowed? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tampering bolts or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with road traffic regulations on public highways.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in the case of incorrect installations.
A specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. If problems are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modification of the bike is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible on and on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for track use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as if on the track only, without a bag, without a flashlight, and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty and any warranty claims will be rejected. As of the purchase date, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one being repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
