The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is NOT ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, without flashlight, and number plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different throttle angle due to the transformation into racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty and any requests for assistance will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
