The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as if on the track only, without luggage, without lights, and without number plate holders or any parts that might conflict with the altered gas angle due to the transformation into a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to loss of product warranty and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
