The exhaust comes with a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without a bag, flashlight, number plate holder, or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to the loss of product warranty, and any request for a refund will be rejected. Starting from the purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
